Breaking away from the condo world for a brief moment, I had to share this great news! Communication and client satisfaction are always at the top of my list when I am working with any client. I always go the extra mile to help in any way I can. I was thrilled to hear my broker Keller Williams Realty was ranked highest in home buyer satisfaction. Read on!

After sitting lifeless for quite some time, The Brookwood & The Atlantic will begin selling in about three weeks on August 26th. What does the future hold in store for these projects and what will the new pricing be? How long will it take to absorb these units and what will the demand be? Have buyers been patiently waiting to purchase in these projects?
The Brookwood was offering buyers huge incentives after struggling to get 20 people to commit to purchasing – and it is an amazing LEED building. Probably one of the best condo buildings built in Atlanta in quite some time. I have heard many unjustified rumors surrounding The Atlantic and it’s fate, everything from tuning it into college dorms, to rentals, mothball the building for a few years and so on… none of which were true. I’m not one to really believe rumors, which is why I do not post information like that.
The bottom line is in order to be competitive in our current market, the units need to be priced below market value to move. ST Residential has most likely already decided what the condos will be selling for and I will bring that information to you in the coming weeks. I would expect prices to be in line with the last round of incentives or even below those numbers.

I love to travel and when I do, I like to experience the best properties a city has to offer. Atlanta has a good number of luxury hotels to choose from. We have a Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and a Rosewood Hotel – all offering something unique. As I mentioned in a previous post, I recently stayed at the Mansion on Peachtree over the Fourth of July holiday. My stay was exceptional. The hotel was full of life and the staff was extremely attentive. I really love the interior design of the hotel because it’s a great mix of classic design and modern furnishings.
Over the past few months, the Mansion has had it’s fair share of up’s and down’s, but I really love the property, location and service. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, you should put it on your list. It’s conveniently located on a prime stretch of Peachtree Road and is within walking distance to Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature

It was another spectacular 4th of July fireworks show in Buckhead at Lenox Square. Attendance looked like it was down slightly from last year, but there were still thousands of people watching the show. After a few warning sounds from the MC at the Lenox stage, the show began at 9:40 pm and continued for about a half hour. Each mini-display got larger and louder. The grand finale was truly spectacular and the sky was lit up like a Christmas tree. (Now if they could only get the Macy’s Christmas tree looking this good…)
I watched the show from my gorgeous room at the Mansion on Peachtree, which is across the street from Lenox Square. I’m not one for enormous crowds or having to wait to leave, so checking into the Mansion made quite a bit of sense. The hotel was offering a few Fourth of July packages, including one where you could attend a barbecue at Neo and then go up to the top of the building to watch the show below. I opted for privacy and enjoyed some cocktails on my terrace. Did you see the show? What did you think? Enjoy the rest of the photos! Click Here for More Photos & the Rest of the Feature
