Highest Atlanta Condo Sales for June 2026

Seven Luxury Condo Sales Surpassed $1 Million in June, Led by a $4.4 Million Penthouse at The Charles

June 2026 delivered another solid month for Atlanta’s luxury condominium market, with seven residences closing above the $1 million mark and nearly $12.8 million in total sales volume. While June’s seven luxury sales closely mirrored activity from a year ago, the month’s transactions continued to highlight a theme that’s emerged throughout 2026, buyers remain willing to pay premium prices, but only for homes that clearly justify their value.

The month’s highest sale was The Charles Penthouse 2003, which closed for $4.4 million, or $971.95 per square foot, making it not only the highest priced transaction of June, but also one of the strongest price per square foot sales of the year.

What made this sale particularly noteworthy wasn’t simply the price. The residence had been marketed on and off for nearly five years before finally finding a buyer.

June also saw another strong showing from premier buildings across the city, including The Graydon, Park Avenue, and a second sale at The Charles, reinforcing that demand remains strongest for exceptional residences offering quality construction, thoughtful design, and highly desirable locations.

Here’s the June 2026 Highest Condo Sales, ordered from Highest to Lowest Sale:
