Above: Yes, it was a cloudy and rainy day today, but Luxe still looks amazing from any angle, in any light.
I was at Luxe today, viewing a one bedroom condo with a client and they are making considerable progress. You can really see the amenities area taking shape and there are a ton of people working in the building. The flooring is being installed, ceiling details are being completed and the landscaping is being put into large planters surrounding the 6th floor deck. The color pallet the developer has chosen for the interior of the building is calming and timeless.
Finally an update about The Residences at 3630 Peachtree!

Construction has reached floor 23 and the building is going to top out this coming November. Residents can expect to move in by Fall 2009.

10 Terminus Place is getting its final touches as the building prepares to open it’s doors for the first residents. The first resident will close next week! Terminus is roughly 35% sold, with another four or five contracts in the negotiation stage. I know on the weekends the sales team is usually very busy. They are having an open house today from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., so if you are a prospective buyer and want to take a tour, just show up at the sales center. You may have to wait, so it’s always better to schedule an appointment – which I am happy to do for you.

10 Terminus Place is affordable luxury in the middle of Buckhead. You can still purchase in this building for under $400,000 – the lowest priced condo is $342,200 (one bedroom, one bath).

The Atlantic is fairly close to being topped out. The tower’s height is well above Twelve, which is located just across the street. At the base of the building, large precast pieces are being put into place – some of which have “Atlantic” set into the stone. It’s a great look for the building.

One penthouse (unit 4605) is listed (on FMLS – First Multiple Listing Service) for $1,816,700 – which was previously listed in November 2006 (pre-construction) for $1,576,700 then increased to $1,616,700 in August 2007, finally being increased to it’s current price in April of this year. That is a total increase of $240,000.
