As mentioned in my previous blog post on July 6, the first Ritz-Carlton Residence in Atlanta will sit on top of 3630 Peachtree’s South Tower in Buckhead.

Prices range from the $600,000′s (for a 995 square foot one bedroom condo) to more than $2,000,000 for a large Penthouse. On the low end, that’s pretty pricey for a one bedroom condo in Buckhead, even with the legendary five-star service of The Ritz-Carlton. That being said, knowing what the finished product will look like, the project should be a smash success.

Located at the top of the building, this amazing Terminus Penthouse offers 2,987 square feet of interior space and a huge terrace – around 2,682 square feet. The Brookwood has been quietly rising on Peachtree Street for quite some time. The penthouse level is almost complete in the Peachtree Tower portion of the project, but for the most part the building is topped out. There hasn’t really been much press on the project, but I do know the developer decided to wait to begin the sales process until the building was well underway – It’s beyond underway.
