Meanwhile, at the top end of the market, 12 condos sold at prices above $1,000,000, with the highest transaction reaching $1,859,413. These figures do not include any unlisted new construction units or townhomes, suggesting that the overall condo market may be even more robust than reported.
By contrast, November demonstrated similarly robust activity but with higher volume in the lower-end segment. The $150,000–$500,000 range saw 159 closed sales—nearly double December’s total—indicating continued strong demand from budget-conscious buyers. Meanwhile, the $500,000–$1,000,000 bracket recorded 28 closings, and the $1,000,000+ segment saw 8 sales.
