These are the top condo sales from November 2024, ranging from $1.285M-$3.3M.

In November, the Atlanta condo market demonstrated robust activity, again particularly in the lower price segments. The $150K-$500K range recorded 159 closed sales, indicating continued strong demand. The $500k-$1M segment saw 28 closed sales, while the $1M+ market remained with its typical levels of 8 closed sales. This suggests that higher-end condos may offer more opportunities for buyers, with increased inventory and potential for negotiation, compared to the more competitive lower-end market which is still getting the bulk of activity.
