In October, the Atlanta condo market demonstrated robust activity, particularly in the lower price segments. The $150K-$500K range recorded 155 closed sales, indicating strong demand. The $500k-$1M segment saw 25 closed sales, while the $1M+ market rebounded to typical levels with 9 closed sales. This suggests that higher-end condos may offer more opportunities for buyers, with increased inventory and potential for negotiation, compared to the more competitive lower-end market which is getting the bulk of activity.
