Kolter Urban, a renowned Florida-based luxury condo developer, continues to leave an impressive mark on Atlanta’s high-end real estate market. The tower’s elegant, stepped design will feature a mix of 12 one-, 108 two-, and 78 three-bedroom units, and the inclusion of around 448 parking spaces reflects a well-rounded approach to urban convenience.
