I know you have been waiting to take a look at how the units will be configured in the highly anticipated Buckhead condo, Emerson. I’ve got your floors plans here for the three unit types in the building. These are for the fourth floor of the building. All of the units have oversized terraces, separate service entrances, plenty of walls for art and private elevator access (elevators open into your own unit). Check them out below! There are a total of 42 exquisite residences on 19 gracious building levels. Units can be combined for larger square footage.
I also have new renderings for the kitchen, master bathroom and glorious terrace – as well as a sketch of the pool deck. The terrace rendering (above) is very exciting! I’m loving the modern doors which slide into each other so you get a wide open feeling inside when you throw them open. The terraces are very large by Atlanta standards. Terraces you can actually use and live on. We just don’t see anything this size for the most part – Sovereign, St. Regis and Mandarin Oriental are just about the biggest you can get in the city.
The kitchens are sleek and elegant. This one is shown with a wide plank herringbone pattern hardwood floor. Gracious, fully equipped chef’s kitchens include custom-designed + crafted European-style cabinetry, sprawling islands with breakfast bars, natural stone countertops and backsplashes, fully-integrated Gaggenau appliances including: 30” refrigeration column, 18” freezer column, 18” wine storage column, 30” convection oven, 30” microwave / convection oven, 30” warming drawer, 36” five-burner gas cooktop, 36” visor ventilation hood, 24” dishwasher.
Bathrooms at Emerson are in keeping with the modern, elegant, timeless theme found throughout the building. Breathtaking master bathrooms include custom-designed + crafted european-style vanities, natural stone countertops, floor tile and shower surrounds, Hansgroheor Waterworks plumbing fixtures, private water closets, large frameless walk-in showers depending on unit, and gorgeous stand-alone soaking tubs. I also love that the walls are covered in stone as well.
The pool deck looks to have water cascading out from the back and dropping off the edge into another area of the amenity deck below. We’ll have to see what that actually looks like, but it looks promising right now!
Pricing for the units has been scarce, but my sources tell me this is what we can expect for the price ranges in the building.
