St. Regis Residences Buckhead Atlanta Increases Prices on Remaining Inventory

The Residences at The St. Regis Atlanta in Buckhead is starting off 2016 with a price increase for the remaining 7 units. The increase starts on January 15th so there are still a few days left to lock in the 2015 pricing. The price increase is pretty significant as the majority of units have been increased for more than $250,000. In total, the increase represents an additional $1,979,130 to Tavistock Group.

2015 was a significant sales year for The Residences at The St. Regis Atlanta, with over $30 million in residential sales over the last 12 months.
