Well this is pretty stellar news! The Buckhead View  stated Atlanta-based developer JPX LLC, led by Jarel Portman and Bruce Fernald, is proposing a 23-story high-rise with about 65 condo units.

This would be the first Buckhead condo tower planned since the intown market crashed. The design is absolutely stunning and what our market needs to kick things up a notch.  The tower would feature “villas in the sky” with three units per floor and large outdoor spaces, and its light and airy shape would mimic an “urban lantern,” said Christian Bailey with ODA Architecture, the project’s architect. The Manhattan firm will draw inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Fallingwater.” The building would rise near the Peachtree Battle neighborhood.
