1010 Midtown is one of the best selling condominium towers in Midtown and this special unit recently came on the market. Very unique to the building and to Midtown, this unit boasts over 3,000 interior square feet and sizeable terrace space (broken into 3 separate spaces, but I’m not sure of the exact size). Also unique are the 15-foot ceilings found throughout the large unit. The views are wonderful throughout the unit. You are on the corner of 12th and Peachtree.

This unit is located on the amenity level where the Club Room and Fitness Center are located. The location is perfect because there is only one other unit on the entire floor, with the elevator bank creating a buffer between the unit and the public spaces for the building. You can view the unit location when you click through the photos. Three parking spaces are located just step away, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your groceries or packages up the elevator.

You enter the unit through an 11′ x 20′ entry foyer with plenty of space for large scale art pieces and furniture. Once you go into the main room, you see a formal dining room with seating for at least 12-14 guests, large living room (with a gas stub on one wall in case you want to add a fireplace), plus an additional area for another seating grouping, space for a breakfast table and the kitchen (located at the far end of the room). it’s a really beautiful open space with very high ceilings. The rooms are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the Midtown views.

The kitchen has been upgraded with additional cabinets to take advantage of the 15′ ceilings (get your step ladder!). All the appliances have been upgraded to Thermador, including a gas cooktop (another unique feature to the building, as all units are electric) plus warming drawer. There is a built-in 48″ fridge as well which blends in seamlessly into the cabinetry. The custom tile backsplash blends in nicely with the dark cabinet color and granite counter tops. Just outside the kitchen on the terrace is a Delta gas grille.

The master bedroom is spacious as well and has a terrace located directly off it. This terrace has a hot tub and trellis for some privacy. You really can’t find this kind of outdoor space in a Midtown condo! You know most balconies are quite small and you can maybe fit some chairs to sit on. These are room-sized terraces.

Another cool and unique feature is the attic space above the master closet. This is a very large space to store anything and everything. The ceilings are quite high in there as well.
