Just when you thought things were slowing down during the holiday, the luxury condo market is alive and well. The The Residences at the St. Regis Atlanta has closed its fourth unit this month, with a total of $12,859,130 in sales for December. As their inventory dwindles down, the buyers are going full steam ahead and snapping up shells and finished units.
Below is a breakdown of what has closed in the building this month:
Residence 1420 – Finished model residence designed by Suzanne Kasler with 4,132 square feet
SOLD $3,470,880 ($840 PSF)
Residence 2220 – Unfinished Shell with 4,451 square feet
SOLD $3,338,250 ($750 PSF)
Residence 2120 – Unfinished Shell with 4,132 square feet
SOLD $3,000,000 ($726 PSF)
Residence 1540 – Finished model residence designed by Patricia McLean with 3,583 square feet
SOLD $3,050,000 ($851 PSF)
Back in September, I announced the St. Regis had surpassed $131 million in sales to date. The Residences at the St. Regis Atlanta represent some of the highest sales in the Atlanta marketplace, across luxury homes as well as condominiums.
Only 13 units remain for sale in the building.
