Inventory is quickly dwindling down to virtually nothing at Sovereign, with only 3 homes remaining. The developer has sold 78 units of the 81 total unit building in Buckhead. I predicted a sellout for this year back in October of last year and it looks like they are on track to deliver the final homes.
There have been a total of 13 closed units this year (including my two sales for $1,670,000.00 and $1,450,000.00) totaling $21,960,000. There are also 4 pending sales totaling another $6,245,000.
Sales in the building since opening (including resales) are well over $140,000,000. Yes, $140 million!
All that is left are two “B” units and an “I” floor plan. Additionally, there are two resale units, including my “C” floor plan listing ($965,000) and a massive “L” unit ($3,750,000) which has been completely redone.
