St. Regis Residences Atlanta (Buckhead) Surpasses $131 Million in Sales

St. Regis Residences Atlanta In Buckhead - Residence 1420 Suzanne Kasler

With only 17 residences remaining, The Residences at the St. Regis Atlanta continues to break records as their inventory dwindles. Condominium sales have surpassed $131 million to date, breaking records with more than 35 ultra-luxury residences (sold at averages of more than $800 per square foot).

“The St. Regis Atlanta has the same ingredients that make apartment buildings in New York and London so successful – the best location and tremendous flexibility in floor plates to create your dream home in a building supported by five-star amenities and services from the St. Regis,” said Douglas McMahon, senior managing director of Tavistock Group.

Encompassing the top fourteen floors of the Beaux Arts-style St. Regis Atlanta, all of the private residences feature expansive open spaces, along with high ceilings and private outdoor terraces lending extraordinary vistas of downtown Atlanta, the greenery of Buckhead and the mountains beyond. Each home is unique, with two-to-five-bedroom homes ranging from 3,264 to more than 12,000 square feet.

The Residences at the St. Regis Atlanta represent some of the highest sales in the Atlanta marketplace, across luxury homes as well as condominiums. The average price per square foot exceeds $780 with an average sales price at $3,240,000. In 2013, The Residences sold two unfinished shells totaling 11,715 square feet for $8,317,650. In May, a 17th floor condo was sold for $2,900,000, the second highest sales price ever for a resale condo in Atlanta.

Signature St. Regis butler service, a 24-hour concierge, in-home dining and events planning, and housekeeping services are just a handful of the bespoke luxuries available to residents. Additional amenities include the most spectacular pool piazza in Atlanta with a Jacuzzi, a full service Remède spa, and the most exquisite event and meeting space in town.

The St. Regis Atlanta will soon be home to a new dinner-only restaurant – Atlas (www.atlasrestaurant.com) – from celebrated local chef/restaurateur Gerry Klaskala, co-owner of award-winning Atlanta restaurants Canoe and Aria.

This home was recently features in the The Week as one of the best properties on the market in Georgia. I can certainly see why! This home has three-bedrooms, four-bathrooms, South facing city views and is listed at $3,890,000.
