I’m not a huge fan of the a/c units just sitting on the roof like that. I don’t know why they can’t make them less of a focus on the roof. Someone really should manufacture all white a/c units. I also think they missed the opportunity to really make a huge rooftop deck space by extending the size across the entire width of the building.
Just curious, what time of day were those pictures taken? There’s quite a bit of shadow casting going on and not much light getting to the units.
Later afternoon. I take photos when there is an opportunity, not so much when the light is good.
If they are that bad in late afternoon then that’s not good. Not many hours of direct sunlight here, which has been a concern for me as I was looking at them for a residence. This, coupled with the prices they are asking compared to an equivalent mortgage has me scratching them off the list.

Mortgages are so cheap right now. In many cases, much less expensive to purchase than to lease.
