1138 Peachtree = YOO Fabulousness

1138 Peachtree Rendering

Trillist is set to commence construction on 1138 Peachtree – our second Yoo project! This landmark residential development will have approximately 53,000 square feet of high visible retail and 370 luxury units. According to what I have read, the units will be a mix of rentals and sales – which would be great because our inventory has dried up.

The tower would incorporate a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 550 square feet to 1,100 square feet.

Some of the retail will face Peachtree Street and some along Crescent Street. Leventhal wants to put a grocery store at the base of the building, something which is lacking in Midtown. The ninth floor will house residents amenities, like a pool and club room.

What I am most excited about is the partnership Trillist has with internationally acclaimed design firm YOO. We should be extremely happy because this means the project will be developed to very high standards. Standards that Miami have long had for the residential condo developments, like modern kitchens instead of the traditional fare, glass railing balconies (hopefully useable ones in this project), thick insulated windows and doors, solid core doors and more.
