Mandarin Oriental Residences Atlanta Returns to Market with Mega Sales

Upon completing their newest model home, the Residences at Mandarin Oriental Atlanta in Buckhead has solidified their position in the condo market. While I’m not one to jump on the bandwagon immediately, I thought I’d give the project time to settle in before making any comments. Time is a good indication of how their new plans will play out and they seem to be working brilliantly. Oh, I still get comments from people who just aren’t feeling the building, but I’m here to tell you the finishes are absolutely fabulous and with the new fresh infusion of design, this is definitely a place to call home.

Long gone are the old, traditional finishes of yesteryear Buckhead and in it’s place are bold, classic, stylish and timeless finishes. I love them so much I’d buy a full floor residence in the building if I could. They finally got it right and created something unique to the condo market – where buyers are willing to shell upwards of $2.5 million for a unit. Speaking of shells, all of the remaining 16 shells are being built-out using Harrison Design Associates and some are already under contract already.

For the time being, this is the last of the new construction going on in Buckhead. Your choices are dwindling in the upper sphere of the condo market so get on it if you are looking to purchase something new. Other than the St. Regis, this is the only other building where you can design your unit from the ground up.

The Mandarin Oriental Residences Atlanta is on a roll and we should pay attention. They have over $11,000,000 in pending sales.

Unit 41A (previous Symphony Show House unit)  closed at $1,699,000 on Feb 3rd, 2014.
Unit 42A (previous Symphony Show House unit) is Pending to close at a list price of $1,799,000
Unit 43B (New Harrison Design Associates) is Pending to Close  at a list price of $2,500,000
Unit 45B (3 Bedroom Model) is Pending to Close at a list price of $2,424,000
Unit 40B (New Harrison Design Associates) is Pending to Close at a list price of $2,400,000
Unit 46A (New Harrison Design Associates) is Pending to Close at a list price of $2,181,000

Now on to that gorgeous model home. The new model is fresh, innovative and has standard finishes not found in any condo building around town. Each unit will have Miele appliances, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, gas grills on the terrace. large modern kitchens with huge slabs of white Caesarstone countertops and so much more. The interior design and finishes were chosen by Robert Grayson and Andrew Harris of GraysonHarris. They did an amazing job capturing the style and essence of what new Buckhead looks like. You know what I mean. No super traditional, heavy molding, lots of hallways old Buckhead.
