atlantaSKYrise Blog Is All New!

As you probably have noticed, my blog has shed it’s cocoon and blossomed into a beautiful, new clean design.  I have made a number of changes to my blog over the past six years, but nothing has been as significant as this one. I have been working on this design for quite some time and today, I am happy to say I’m launching my new site. I have added sections for my YouTube videos, as well as the latest stories and market statistics on the main page – making it easier for you to find what you are searching for.

When I first started my condo blog back in 2007, there wasn’t a soul in Atlanta real estate blogging about the condo market, let alone Atlanta real estate in general. That has since changed, as a number of blogs have popped up over the years. Still, I don’t think there is another site quite like mine focusing on the condo market specifically. That is the way I plan on keeping it – focusing just on condos. You might have wondered why I’m not running out and photographing these new rental buildings going up. Rentals are not my focus – unless they are going to turn condo.

I was never into a lot of fluff and I can’t just post a short sentence or two on my site. Everything I post has to mean something and needs to include high-end photography. I make it a point to ensure you see things through my eyes. Isn’t that why you come back time and again?

My blog has been a labor of love. I have enjoyed every single minute I have spent working on it. I can’t even begin to count the number of hours I have spent working into the late hours to bring you a site with quality and detail. I have a massive amount of content here, with roughly 415 posts and thousands of photos. As I sit here and reflect on the amount of timeI have spent, I’m exhausted! But, I hope you have enjoyed following me and my sites throughout the years.

My blog is always a work in progress, so I’m definitely going to be adding some new features in the coming weeks. Your input and feedback are always greatly welcomed and appreciated!  Please let me know if you encounter any issues while navigating your way through my site.
