Yours For Under A Million – Sovereign’s C Model Home

Last month I sold another beautiful condominium on the 32nd floor for $875,000 – which is the lowest priced sale in the building to date. I’m really excited about this because it shows savvy buyers can afford to live in Buckhead’s premier building, without spending a huge amount of cash. My clients purchased a “C” type floor plan and made some minor modifications to the interior. The end result made the space more functional and gave the plan an open feel. And lets not forget the jaw dropping views you’d expect to find at Sovereign.

The photos I am showing you today in this post are of the model, not my clients unit. Another thing to note is the furnishings shown are not included with the sale of the unit, but you can purchase them separately if you like.  The model home was designed by Johnna Barrett of Barrett Design, who has designed well over 300 model homes and has been in business for 18 years.

Finding your way around:

The Sovereign “C” floor plan has approximately 1600 square feet inside and approximately 458 square feet of terrace space. The unit has beautiful views facing North. The plan has been color-coded to make it easier to see where the rooms are. Notice the massive terrace extends the length of the condominium.

Below: The living room has ample space for comfortable seating. From this room, you have access to the terrace, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. This floor plan is very functional for only 1600 square feet. The home lives much larger.

Below: To the right is a huge terrace. It really extends your living space outside.

Below: The wall on the left has been partially removed to allow the spaces to flow into one another. This made an enormous difference in terms of the unit feeling more open. This room can still be used as a den, could be closed off completely, or add sliding doors. You have really great options here.

Below: The Kitchen features a gas cooktop, vented hood, double stainless sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, warming drawer, SubZero refrigerator. Custom white cabinetry and granite counter tops finish off the space.

Below: The kitchen is very functional, just like the rest of the condo. Everything is within reach. Cabinets go to the ceiling for maximum storage.

Below: The Master Bedroom is quite lovely. It has a small foyer, large bathroom, walk-in closet and a private terrace.
