On The Go Searching – If you are on a mobile device, such as an iPad or iPhone, you will be redirected to my new mobile idx interface when you click on the “Property Search” drop down menu. This should make it much easier to search properties when you are out and about, or if you are at home on your iPad looking for condos. The new mobile interface is fitted to your mobile device screen size and is presented in a very clear, easy to follow format. Stay connected all the time!

Many of the features you are used to on my website are also on my mobile version. Pictured above is what you will see when you first are re-directed to the mobile site. At the bottom of the screen are large tabs which include Home. Nearby (search properties in the immediate area), Search (start your search here), Favorites (remember your favorite properties) and Contact (contact me through email or phone).

I used my iPad for this demonstration so you would be able to see exactly what I am describing.

Pictured Below: Favorite Listings Tab. If you click the Login/Logout Link (You can find this link in the photo above, midway down the page next to “View Full Site.” Mine says “Logout” because I am already logged in), your favorite properties will be saved to your desktop version also. You can save as many favorites as you would like with a single click. I have saved a couple of my listings (The Astoria and Terminus) on my iPad.

Pictured Below: Searching Tab – You have a lot of options here! You can search by Area, Radius and Address with your results given in a list or on a map. Basic Filters include price, beds, baths, lot size and more. Collapsible Sections (Additional Filters, Property Types and Property Features) can be expanded to reveal even more search options.

Pictured Below: Nearby IDX Listings – Use your mobile devices built-in GPS to see a map of listings within a given radius of your current location.

Pictured below: Property Display – When you choose a property to view, click on the link and you will see a big, beautiful photo along with a description. Scroll down for more details on the property. Multiple photos can be scrolled through by clicking the arrow above the photo, or by sliding your finger across the photo (on an iPad or iPhone). You can add the property to your favorites by clicking on the star in the upper right hand corner. Mine is covered by my web browsers up arrow (I happen to be using the Atomic web browser for iPad), but you can still see it.

Pictured below: Contact Tab – When you are ready to view a property in person with me, simply click the “Contact Us” blue button (shown above on the listing), fill out your name, phone number (important!), email address, write a brief message if needed and click “Send Contact Form.” It’s that easy.
