Sovereign is on track to reach the 50% sold mark within the next few months. That’s sold, not under contract – a huge difference in this market. I personally sold the home I am showing you in this post! It closed on March 26th for $2,050,000. This is one of my favorite floor plans in the building because of the large rooms and tremendous amount of light throughout the entire condominium. Plus everyone could use another 745 square feet of outdoor space. It makes for the perfect place to call home. Having over 3700 square feet of space makes for an easy transition from home to condo. Don’t you agree?
Starting with this post, I have implemented my photos with a “lightbox.” What is that you’re asking? If you click on the photo with your mouse, an overlay window will appear in your browser page. You can click through all the photos one by one, but will still need to read through my post to see what I am saying. The smaller sized photos will also appear pretty big, allowing you to see more of the room in detail. You might have just clicked on the photo above, but fond you could only see one photo. That’s because you aren’t in the actual post, you are just on the main page of my blog. Click on the post title “Sovereign Gorgeous Model Home 4502 Closes $2,050,000” and then click on the first photo. Now you will be able to click through! Let me know if you like looking at the photos better this way or the previous way. I’m still testing it out.
Finding your way around: Approximately 3,714 square feet of interior space. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths. You also have tremendous outdoor space. I’ve color coded the plan to make it easier to see the rooms. For example, a purple color denoted terrace space and yellow are the bedrooms.
Below: The foyer marks your impressive entry into the condo. I love the wood paneled walls and marble flooring.
Below: The great room. Wow! Huge windows let the sun shine in and allow you to look at everything below. You can see the very top of The Mansion (soon to be the Mandarin) to the right. The couch in this model home was enormous. The windows are on a slight angle as well.
Below: The dining room is off to one side of the room. To the left is a fireplace which is actually the outdoor fireplace. You can get to the terrace to the right of the column.
Below: Standing by the angled window looking toward the kitchen. There is a three-sided fireplace to the left and the sliding glass doors just beyond that lead to another huge terrace.
Below: Looking into the foyer from the living room.
Below: One of three outdoor terraces. This one has a fireplace for those chilly Atlanta evenings.
Below: Standing here you get a sense of just how large the great room space is. Everyone can spread out here and not run into each other.
Below: The nicely equipped kitchen has a five burner cooktop, warming drawer, convention oven/microwave, double-stainless steel sink, dishwasher, wine cooler and fridge.
Below: The next two photos are of the terrace off the kitchen and guest rooms. This one looks directly out to the Buckhead skyline and is going to be the prime spot for viewing Fourth of July fireworks. All the terraces are at least 8 feet deep so they really are the size of a room.
Below: The master suite is so huge it’s like an apartment itself. The room has graceful proportions and features a bedroom, two big closets, a large bathroom and a private terrace.
Below: This terrace is just for the master suite.
Below: One of the two guest bedrooms. This one has access to the terrace through a sliding glass door. Each bedroom has a large closet and private bathroom.
Below: The second guest room is shown as a den.

I like the added lightbox, for the reasons stated -bigger picture, better detail etc., although I do like scrolling down the pictures with the descriptions, for extra insight. Keep both :). Also, which design firm was responsible for this model? I like the color scheme of the master suite and choice of furniture for the den, not stuffy, both are inviting.
Wow! Sovereign is beautiful! Just stunning. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for visiting!
