10 Sixty Five Midtown – Lease Your Luxury Lifestyle in the Heart of Midtown
With only 52 residences, 10 Sixty Five Midtown offers residents superb rentals atop of the AAA Four Diamond Loews Hotel. I’m certain you know the building is located at the massive 12th & Midtown complex on Peachtree Street between 12th and 11th Streets. Today, I’m going to show you a few shots of the amenities for the building. Later in the week we’ll go inside and take a look at a couple of the units (which are quite beautiful).
Now… it takes a lot to impress me because I have seen a tremendous amount of condominiums over the course of 10 years. This project did impress me from top to bottom. What I love is the intimate feel of the building due to its small size and the styling of the public rooms. The residences are located from floor 27 through 37 and there are approximately five units per floor.
10 Sixty Five Midtown has 24 hour Security and Concierge, a beautiful Club Room, an outdoor Pool Plaza with Fire Pit, Gas Grill and Dining area, hight speed elevators, onsite Storage, Controlled Access to the building, Reserved Parking in the garage and exclusive access to Exhale Health Club & Spa.
This is an amenity rich building and residents are able to take full advantage of the hotel as well. The hotel services can include the following (billed a la carte to the resident):
- Housekeeping / Laundry / Maid Service
- Maintenance Services (Light Bulbs / Filters)
- VIP Room Service
- In-Residence Catering / Personal Chef
- Valet & Limo Service
- Business Center Available 24 Hours
- Pet Care / Dog Walking
- Postage & Package Services
- Floral Arrangements
- International Paper
Below: The bar area of the Club Room, which has plenty of seating. This room is great for parties and has direct access to the pool.
Below: The living room area of the Club Room. I love the materials chosen for the tv wall. The room is surrounded by glass – 1010 Midtown is outside the window.
Below: The Pool Plaza. Very intimate with about 12 lounge chairs for tanning. The sectional seating area is where the fire pit is located. This is for residents only. Hotel guests do not have access to the Club Room and Pool.
Below: This is the fitness center for the hotel. Residents have access to this space, along with Exhale Spa.
What do you think of the public spaces?
