Exclusive First Look: Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead Interior Spaces
Last week we looked at the exterior amenities of the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead. Today I’m bringing you inside for your first exclusive look at the public spaces found on the lobby level, as well as the 18th and 19th floors of the building. Bob Brown designed the interior spaces and did an amazing job. The spaces are defined, elegant, timeless and subtle all at the same time.
Pictured above is the residents lobby on the main level. As you enter the space, there is a curved reception desk in front of you. Two large pieces of artwork frame both ends of the space and there are two comfortable seating areas to relax in. The banquet shown below is really well done and is quite unique. I haven’t seen anything like it in a condo building. Rich wood paneling wraps around some of the space to warm everything up. Even the floor has a very subtle pattern of two different colors of marble. You can barely see it and it’s a great way to give the space some depth.
Below: The Casual Club located adjacent to the pool deck. Coffee, tea and pastries are served each morning in the space. I really love the floor covering in the space.
Below: 19th floor Cocktail Lounge & Bar. This area is open for early evening and after-dinner cocktails, cordials and coffee on select nights – this will be staffed as well and everything can be charged to your house account. Stunning views surround the space – it’s an amazing Buckhead view.
Below: At the far end of the space is the Living Room, complete with a gas fireplace, plasma TV, computer kiosk and balcony overlooking the Buckhead and Downtown skylines. This is a really great space to have a party or just to sit and relax with friends.
Below: The Bar. This area is ready for guests. There are cocktail nuts on the bar already! If you don’t feel like having a drink here, you can always go down to the lobby level and go to TOMO.
Below: The Dining Room (or Board Room if you are meeting clients). There is a catering kitchen close by, so if you want to reserve this space for a family dinner or party, simply schedule the day and time with the concierge.
Below: Fitness Room. Really amazing floor covering here. Very hip and cool. The equipment is top-of-the-line so hire your personal trainer and work out in complete privacy.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead is a beautiful project. In taking their time with the interior spaces and design, they have come up with a really beautiful building in the best location of Buckhead.
