Buckhead has its share of luxury condo buildings, but no other building comes close to the unique floor plans Sovereign offers its residents. With condos starting on the 28th floor, each residence features astounding views and top-of-the-line finishes. Soaring high above the Buckhead skyline, the Barbara Westbrook designed 43rd floor model (plan K) is no exception. It’s priced furnished at $3,281,000. *** THIS UNIT HAS BEEN SOLD
This home in the sky has 3,851 square feet inside and a whopping 851 square foot terrace with fireplace. If you are coming from a large house somewhere in the city, the space in this unit will help ease the transition.
Below: Model “K” is shown in orange. There are only three condos on this floor.
Below: Finding your way around.
Below: Formal foyer is to the left. To the right is the dining room. Straight ahead is the kitchen and living room. The beautiful, long “hallway” provide the perspective you need to understand just how large this space is. The space is bathed in light from large floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the condo.
Below: The living room. A marble fireplace separates the dining room from this area. Two club chairs and an ottoman sit directly in front of the fireplace. To the left you have access to the expansive terrace through two sliding glass doors. Dark hardwood floors are used throughout the space.
Below: The dining room. The table adequately seats eight people comfortably. Stunning views of the skyline are just outside.
Below: The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a large center island.
Below: This is the third guest room, but in this case it’s used as a den. This is the largest of the two guest rooms.
Below: The master bedroom is the size of the kitchen/living room in the “A” model plan. This suite features a dressing room, huge walk-in closet, private bath and access to the terrace. Again, the condo is surrounded by windows on all sides.
Below: The master bathroom. Timeless white marble has been used on the floor. A jetted tub and shower set against the window to take in the view.
Below: The smaller of the two guest rooms. High ceilings and a wall of windows make the space appear quite large.
Below: 851 square feet of private terrace. Make sure you have heavy furniture.
Below: Use your gas fireplace on the terrace to enjoy Atlanta’s chilly nights.

INCREDIBLE!
Kevin,
Which way is this one facing? It’s hard to tell from the floorplate….
The unit faces South and West, so you have views of the Buckhead skyline, Downtown and Perimeter.
Wow!
I do have to ask. After seeing the small penthouse sell for 4 million. Is this price a good deal?
I love the space and the level of finish of these units.
Remember the penthouse sale was raw space. The owner still has to have his architect design the space, decide what finishes will be used, then have an interior designer complete the penthouse with furnishing, window treatments etc… Even at $4,200,000 for the space, I would expect the build-out to cost upwards of $1,000,000 not including furnishings.
That’s gorgeous! I LOVE the openess of the bedroom & especially the fireplace out on the terrace! I can totally see coming home to that everyday. Has the larger penthouse w/ the optional pool been sold yet or is it still on the market?
Stunning!
Good point. I still have plan M on my vision board. Also, sent you a link for the CRM contact.
Plan M is amazing. There is one M left with 14′ ceilings. It’s stunning! Thanks for the CRM contact!
Takes my breath away.
Are there any pictures of plan M on the web, because the floor plan does look great?
Thanks
The M floor plan is amazing. I don’t have any photos of this unit
Hey I was looking at homes on Zip Realty and I just saw unit 4503(M line floor plan) is listed(posted 10/20) and there are pictures up too! I really love the large size of the living and dining rooms in the M units. I would say the K units have better master bedrooms, but the living room in K units cannot compare at all to what a M unit living room has.
