The Aberdeen Vinings Model Home Tour – Stirling

When I visited The Aberdeen, the final touches were being placed throughout the property. Lucky for me and you, the models were finished, it was a beautiful day and I was able to bring you these interior shots. All of the homes I toured live like single-family residences and have all the elements you’d find in most Buckhead builder homes.

My favorite model was the Stirling. This home is located at the far end of the building and makes ample use of light with extra windows and features great views. In fact, every home in the building has a skyline view. Empty nesters will find it easy to move into a condo like this because they won’t have to sacrifice space, style or substance.

Below: The living room. Extremely spacious with large sliding doors leading to a terrace enclosed with landscaping. This unit happens to be on the pool deck, so if you are looking for privacy, you need to be higher up. I like being on the pool deck so I can have easy access during the warmer months.

Below: The spacious dining room is large enough to hold a table for ten and other occasional pieces of furniture. There is also a small Juliet balcony.

Below: The kitchen really is the heart of the home and is located at the center of the plan. The Wolf range is a standard feature of every home at The Aberdeen.

Below: Appliances are hidden behind matching panels to make the kitchen appear more like furniture rather than stand out.

Below: Standing in the dining room, looking through the kitchen into the living room. When entertaining, the counter tops on either end of the kitchen will make great bars or serving areas. I love the hood above the range and the color of the cabinets in this particular condo.

Below: The master bedroom has a good amount of space for a condo and features a large walk-in closet, trey ceilings, private bath with separate tub/shower, and access to the terrace.

Below: The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and large windows to look at the beautiful view.
