Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead 3 Bedroom Model Tour
This gorgeous 3 bedroom model home at the Ritz-Carlton Residence in Buckhead has everything I’m looking for in a condo. It has beautiful views, a great space (2,699 interior sq. ft./182 sq. ft outside) and really nice finishes. But I’m not looking, you are! The 03 floor plan has 3 different variations and I’m showing you the two-bedroom with den version (03B).
Atlanta Homes & LIfestyles recently featured this model in their last issue, but they didn’t show you the awesome view it has. I think this condo has some of the best views in the city. The building sits back from the main activity and at the edge of a historic neighborhood, so the views from your windows look even better.
Above: The Great Room is split apart into three spaces. It has two living areas and a large dining table in the center of the room. I love having a dining table which serves multiple functions. The colors work well together and at night the space will be amazing, especially with the dark walls and ceiling. I love the casual elegance of the space. You can see the automatic shades hidden in the drapery pocket to the left.
Below: The foyer. To the left is the master bedroom suite, to the right is the great room.
Below: Finding your way around. 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, two covered terraces, master suite with den.
Below: The view from the great room. Large windows surround the space. Automatic shades come down at the touch of a button.
Below: I wanted to show you this photo so you could see how large the space really is. The Midtown/Downtown skyline is to the left and Buckhead is directly in front of you. The views are protected in front of you – the church isn’t going anywhere and if Phipps goes away, we have bigger problems to worry about.
Below: The Kitchen has a gas cooktop, vented hood, built-in refrigerator, large stainless steel sink, microwave, warming drawer, oven and wine cooler.
Below: The covered terrace off the kitchen.
Below: The dining area. There is plenty of space on both sides of the table. I love the idea of a bench for seating instead of a traditional chair.
Below: The view from the kitchen terrace. The 18th floor pool and outdoor living spaces are below.
Below: The master bedroom suite is quite large. It has a beautiful bedroom, his and her bathrooms, walk-in closets, a private terrace, and a separate den. It’s a nice space to get away from your house guests or if you just want to have some privacy.
Below: The covered terrace is located directly off the bedroom. It has just enough room for two comfortable chairs and a table. The views are spectacular, even from the 20th floor. You still have the skyrise views, but also a connection to the ground. There are larger terraces available, but you have to be on the front side of the building.
Below: The guest bedroom. Park Avenue doesn’t look too far away. I love the colors in this room. I find the space very comforting. I love the tall ceilings, drapery pockets and high headboards. Great job Bob!
