The Aberdeen in Vinings Joins Luxury Condo Market
Vinings has always been a great place to call home, especially if you don’t want to live in the city of Atlanta. As a resident living in Vinings, you will enjoy low Cobb County tax benefits. This can amount to huge savings if you don’t mind the short drive to Buckhead, Midtown and the Perimeter. It really makes Vinings and The Aberdeen quite attractive.
The Aberdeen is located on Paces Ferry Road and features beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline, large homes and great finishes inside your condo. This month, the first resident will move into the building. When I was taking a look around, they were still working on the lobby and front drive, but I’m sure the remaining work is going to come together rather quickly. It always does.
Condominiums are priced from the $800’s to well over $1.65 million for a large penthouse – quite an interesting price point in our current market.

Below: A first for Atlanta. Outside the clubroom is a full putting green. It is designed after the 18th hole at Augusta National. Architect Todd Stadler helped plan the putting green in order to provide an accurate representation of the uniqueness and challenge that the Master’s golf tournament embodies.
