Viewpoint Remaining Penthouse Available

Last week I went to Viewpoint to take a look at the last Penthouse shell available. It comprises two stories and features stunning views from every window in the unit. Viewpoint has been fairly successful with sales so far. The onsite agent told me they are about 70% closed, which is fantastic in this market. I will definitely confirm that and follow up with a comment this week, so check back.
