Ritz-Carlton Residences 18th Floor Pool & Garden Sneak Peak (atlantaSKYrise exclusive)

I’m very happy to bring you another exclusive first look in and around the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead. Pictured above is the 18th Garden Deck which is nearly complete. I wasn’t able to walk around the space, but I did snap these photos from the 3 bedroom model home. Outstanding Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown/Downtown views surround you.

Below: A large double-sided, outdoor fireplace. A plasma tv will be above the mantel on each side so you can enjoy your favorite shows while soaking up the sun or having a beautiful meal. Towards the foreground, there will be a dining table and chairs. On the other side of the fireplace will be a comfortable seating area.

Below: That’s Roxboro Road at the upper right of the photo. Ivy will cover the thick iron work to create an instant hedge. To the left (inside the building) is a staircase surrounded by glass to get you to the 18th and 19th floors.

I have much more to show you, including two model homes and new renderings of the amenities area inside the building. Right now, the indoor amenities area still has concrete floors and metal frames. They had some changes to the design and it’s going to be the last part of the building completed.
