Aqua Adds 3 Sales to Condo Auction Closings

Aqua Midtown Auction Closings

Many people are still interested in the Aqua auction results, so I have updated the results. The developer has added three more sales relating to the auction which took place a couple months ago. Again, this post only deals with the auction results, not the sales in the building as a whole. If you are interested in knowing what has closed in the building, please contact me for more detailed information.

Take a look at the breakdown of what has closed so far from the auction:

Aqua Midtown Auction Closings

According to the tax records, more than half (13 out of 20) the condos offered at the auction have closed so far, with an average of 52% off the last asking price (before the auction).

Aqua has had it’s fair share of challenges, but one things is clear. The building remains a solid choice to call home. The building sits on a prime piece of MIdtown real estate and is within walking distance to everything you need, including a Publix grocery store, restaurants, shops and night life.

What does this mean for you? If you missed out on the auction, you still might be able to purchase the condo you wanted. Please contact me and let me know how I can help you.
