    Well, anything to move units in this economy. I sure hope Allen Plaza takes off in the next few years.

    These are more realistic prices and in the long run, I think it will help Allen Plaza take off. They need to move the inventory and the prices will rise again at some point.

    Has anyone heard anything about their sales numbers? Have they put any homes under contract at this reduced price? I hope so. I love the building and think the homes are incredible. Hopefully people can see the investment in this location. Once the market starts ticking back up, this area is going to pick back up and be really fun.
