Ritz-Carlton Residences Releases New Pricing
The Ritz-Carlton Residences at 3630 Peachtree is really coming together. They will have three or four models, two of which I know will be completed in a couple weeks. I am pretty anxious to see how everything has turned out! I did find a couple things out to share with you.
There will be an upscale restaurant at the base of the building and the developers are currently working out the details. They haven’t said what it will be, but I expect them to release something in the coming month. The restaurant is going to be a key component and will be integrated as an amenity to the residents of the tower. If the Ritz is involved, I expect it to be something really good.
Below: From Peachtree-Dunwoody street, the Ritz looks so beautiful. I love the color variation in the building. The street is being widened slightly to add a turn lane onto Peachtree.
Below: The retaining wall is in place and landscaping has been installed in the drive.
Below: The entrance to the office tower is on the right. Residents will enter to the far left behind the orange fencing surrounding the trees.
I also have the new pricing schedule for the building. I’m really glad they decided to revise the numbers. It just makes sense for the success of the project and for Atlanta. The pricing now falls below Sovereign and The Mansion, but above Terminus. Excellent placement!
The Ritz is a solid brand name that has been around for quite some time. It’s not going anywhere and this makes the Ritz a solid choice to call home.
