When I learned about the initial pricing, I was surprised at the incredible value. The Founders pricing in too good to pass up and I’m sure you will agree. They have an incredible 3 bedroom home (pictured above and below) that is about 2,574 square feet starting at about $580,244.

I applaude the developer for restructuring the pricing for this project. What you get for the money, in my opinion, makes The Brookwood the best value in town.
