10 Terminus Penthouse 3201 | $3,600,000

Those of you wanting to live in Buckhead will really appreciate this penthouse. It’s located at 10 Terminus Place – part of the Terminus complex on the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont. A few of my favorite place to eat are located here (Lola, Bricktops, MF Buckhead). In the photo above, I’m standing at the far end of the terrace. (It was a stellar day to photograph.)

Every home in Terminus is pre-wired for anything you can dream up, including iPod docking stations, outlets in the ceiling for automated draperies, speakers throughout, etc… There really isn’t much to do here except furnish it and enjoy it. The developer has already put in the best finishes, so you aren’t going to purchase this place and rip everything out.
