The Brookwood Opens March 19th
I stopped by the sales center for The Brookwood yesterday and took some photos of their very chic model home. The finishes are tasteful and modern, without being stark. The Brookwood is Atlanta’s first green high-rise community, which means things like paint and carpeting systems that reduce indoor air contaminants, eco-friendly fireplaces and other energy saving features.
Above/Below: The living room. The glass shelves, wood cabinets and recessed bookcase lighting are an upgrade. The wood can be matched to your existing kitchen cabinets.
Above/Below: The amazing kitchen. Thick slabs of granite on the large island, two different finishes on the upper and lower cabinets (which provide maximum storage, wood paneled appliances to make them disappear, built-in coffee maker (it’s recessed into the backsplash), gas range.
Above/Below: The bedroom. Wood cabinets and recessed bookcase lighting are an upgrade. The wood can be matched to your existing kitchen cabinets. I like really like the look of the built-in cabinets.
