Ten Seventy Five at the Loews (photo update)
The luxury condo project sitting on top of the new Loews Atlanta Hotel is coming along nicely. To my knowledge, the condos do not have a formal name yet. The structure of the building in nearly complete and the glass exterior only has a few more floors of installation. I love the reflection of 1010 Midtown in the glass.
Speaking of 1010, I took the first two photos from a 21st floor terrace while I was showing a client the 10 gorgeous model homes. If you haven’t been to see them firsthand, we should schedule an appointment to go. They have a wide variety of floor plans, each with spectacular views of Atlanta. There is literally something for everyones lifestyle.
If you are looking for something a bit more upscale, Ten Seventy Five at the Loews might be just right for you. The floor plans are terrific and the finishes are on par with most Buckhead mansions – high ceilings, granite countertops, wide plank hardwood floors and more. Call me for more information.
