The Brookwood’s Exterior Nears Completion
The Brookwood has been quietly rising in the historical Brookwood Hills neighborhood for quite some time. The exterior of the building is nearly complete and I’m loving the modern windows set against the classic facade. I think the exterior is a really nice compliment to the neighborhood and it blends into the surroundings. If you haven’t driven through Brookwood Hills, you should. It’s a really gorgeous area and it’s conveniently located within minutes from Midtown.

You are probably wondering why I haven’t taken any street view photos. If you have driven by the building on your way to Midtown, you’ll notice the large amount of power lines directly in front of the building. It really doesn’t make for a beautiful photo, but not to worry. The city is going to bury the wires. Mezzo take notice.
I wish the building had larger balconies because Atlantan’s love to be outside, especially on a gorgeous, sunny day. It’s a true luxury to be able to entertain friends outside comfortably, without stepping all over each other.
