Luxe Amenities to Compliment Your Life (photo update)

Luxe Midtown
Above: The relaxation area leading to the outdoor pool

I thought you might like to see the completed amenities area of Luxe. I think Margaret (the interior designer) did a beautiful job with common areas of the building. The color pallet is quite soothing and the furniture is timeless. The layout of the room above is slightly different from the rendering, but I think it works much better for the space. It’s a little more “entertainment” friendly. Luxe is a comfortable, relaxing place to call home – with the common areas being an extension of your condo.

The sales center should be moving into the building in a couple weeks, as soon as the space is built out. In the meantime, if you want to take a look, please call me and I’ll set up an appointment for you.

This weekend I’ll post the final exterior shots of the building.

Kevin, you are spoiling us with these photo updates! This space looks great and feels like you’re coming home to a spa everyday. Two thumbs up!

Thanks! I’m glad you like them! If you haven’t been over there, you should go. It’s really nice and they have done a great job inside. Two of my clients have purchased there.

Kevin, with the recent drop in prices at the W, do you expect prices at other close by properties in Midtown and near the park, like the Luxe, to be impacted?

At last count, Luxe was close to 40% sold, so I doubt they will be lowering their prices to match. One good thing about this building is the proximity to the park. That one factor makes this building more popular than most in Midtown. There are still some great buys in the building if you are looking. I’ve sold a 3-bedroom and a 1-bedroom in the building and both of my clients love it. Email me if you want some more information John.
