The Brookwood’s Stylish Interior Design

I’m certain of one thing, the interior of The Brookwood is going to be beautiful and chic. On the outside, The Brookwood is mostly traditional in its design, but step inside and there is going to be a twist. It’s the edge that Atlanta needs to move into the next phase of condominium design. Contemporary living isn’t for everyone, so The Brookwood is going to offer traditional type finishes as well. Its sounds like a good mix – something for everyone.

Cecconi Simone designed the sales center (1600 square feet), model suite (968 square feet) and common/amenities area (5,551 square feet). I absolutely love their sense of style and design – it’s always a mix of edgy, sophisticated and contemporary design. Cecconi Simone is one of Canada’s more respected design firms. They have won numerous awards for their amazing work, so take note of things to come in Atlanta. 

Cecconi Simone has created two distinct design options for owners at The Brookwood—each with its own elegant combination of textures and tones. The firm is also responsible for the unique, spacious floor plans in all of the residences. 

John Oetgen Design will offer residents two additional interior design options celebrating Atlanta’s warm and gracious lifestyle. He is a well known designer in Atlanta and has done some very nice work – think Trois, one of my favorite restaurants.
