Luxe Midtown Exterior Nearly Complete (photo update)
I went to Luxe yesterday to do a walk-through for a buyer and the building is impressive inside and out. I’ll be showing you some highlights from my tour this week, so keep looking for my new posts. Today, I’m going to show you the exterior of the building. There is a ton of activity outside the building as they prepare to welcome their first residents late this month.
The retail spaces are really beautiful and I’m excited to see what stores will set up shop. They have completed the sidewalk and made the transition from the street level to the building interesting. Everything was well thought out.
The developer did a really great job with the exterior styling of the building. The color pallet is very soothing on the eyes and everything works together in harmony.
Later this week I’ll be showing you the 2 bedroom model home. It’s super gorgeous.
