Ritz-Carlton Residences Coming to 3630 Peachtree
As mentioned in my previous blog post on July 6, the first Ritz-Carlton Residence in Atlanta will sit on top of 3630 Peachtree’s South Tower in Buckhead.
Prices range from the $600,000’s (for a 995 square foot one bedroom condo) to more than $2,000,000 for a large Penthouse. On the low end, that’s pretty pricey for a one bedroom condo in Buckhead, even with the legendary five-star service of The Ritz-Carlton. That being said, knowing what the finished product will look like, the project should be a smash success.
Residents living here can expect the condo to be run like a five-star hotel, complete with a valet and doorman, formal dining room, catering kitchen, breakfast room and cocktail lounge, a screening room, fitness center and spa room. Outside on the 18th floor terrace, there will be a saline swimming pool (just like Sovereign), dining area, cocktail bar and fireplace. There will also be two guest suites for residents’ visitors. (That is pretty much standard in luxury highrises these days.) Everything you could ever want and more! Condo fees will range between 60 and 80 cents per square foot.
Interior Finishes:
- Viking® Professional Series appliances
- Wood-Mode® custom cabinetry
- Kohler® fixtures
- Walker Zanger stone
- Recessed, private terrace
- 10 foot ceilings (12 foot on the Penthouse level)
- Floor-to-ceiling windows
- Hardwood and marble flooring
- Granite countertops
- Select homes will have fireplaces and morning kitchens
Signature Ritz-Carlton services will also be available upon request, including housekeeping, in-home dining, the attention of a masterful concierge and porter staff, and a private chef to prepare meals. Planned street-level retail and restaurant amenities also include a world-class, white tablecloth restaurant.
“We began work on bringing The Ritz-Carlton Residences to 3630 Peachtree before we started construction a year ago, and as you can imagine, it took a great deal of time and effort, all well worth it, to meet the exacting standards required. Atlanta and The Ritz-Carlton have a long history together, and we consider ourselves fortunate to be able to add to that heritage by offering homebuyers this extraordinary opportunity to buy a Ritz-Carlton Residence in Atlanta,” said Jim Borders, CEO of Novare Group.
Construction will be completed by next summer.
