Terminus Closings Begin in August (photo update)
I took a client to Terminus this afternoon to take a look at one and two bedroom condos. I was thoroughly impressed with progress they have made. I keep using the word substantial when I describe the finishes throughout the project, but it’s the one word that always crosses my mind. Quite often I take clients to buildings and I’m not to thrilled with the end result. Terminus is head and shoulders above the rest. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case you get so much more.
There are a ton of photos in this update.
They are about 35% sold and I anticipate once the building is open for business, they are going to be closing a lot of deals. Aside from the quality of finishes, there is so much more to this project. It’s the little things like delivery service from any restaurant in the complex (except MF Buckhead – who wants diners to experience the restaurant) that make living there so great. Would you like your breakfast delivered on the weekend from the Flying Biscuit? Done. What about access to hundreds of area restaurants from your cell phone or work computer, delivered to your doorstep at the time you specify? All done through the sophisticated wiring the developer has put into each and every unit.
You can move in late next month, so get moving. Call me to schedule an appointment.

Below: Guest suite for your overflow. This beats any hotel.

Below: Residents fitness center. It’s going to have the latest and greatest equipment. Outside is the yoga/stretching area with a skyrise view of Buckhead.
Below: The Club room – which looks exactly like the renderings.
Below: The Club room – the ceiling is teak.
Below: The street level residents lobby. The elevators in the back take you up to the 18th floor lobby.

Below: Forget taking your dog down to the street for some relief. The developer has really (really) thought of everything to make your life easier. Check this out. A private doggie relief area – the gravel has a drainage system below so your pet can have all the luxuries of condo living too – in privacy.
Below: A trellis runs the entire length of the amenities area.
Below: Do you need a large terrace? This unit has over 1,000 square feet of terrace on the amenities level.
All in all, I think your family and friends would be jealous if you lived here. I want to move!
