Luxury townhomes seem to be popping up everywhere lately – just where are all these high end buyers coming from? The Enclave on Peachtree at Peachtree Road and Peachtree Battle Avenue is no exception. They only have two out of 17 homes left for purchase – one for $2,295,000 and another for $2,395,000 ***THESE PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN SOLD .

Some of these townhomes overlook Peachtree Creek. The property sits on 5 acres of park like grounds and from the back, it looks like you are in Paris approaching someone’s country estate. All the homes have 12′ ceilings on the main level and 10′ everywhere else. All homes come with an elevator (I hope so – perhaps they can throw in a butler as well?). They look like they’re built very well, inside and out. I love the sense of arrival as you enter through the gates.

The project was modeled after the Place Des Vosges in Paris, so I have included a picture of it (below). I think they did a really wonderful job with the design. They have modernized the exterior of the Atlanta project to bring it into the 21st century.
