The Atlantic Photo Update

Things are moving along nicely at The Atlantic. The tower is much higher than Twelve as it continues to climb skyward to 46 stories. If this tower ends up anything like Viewpoint, it should be really nice. I know what you are thinking… Viewpoint?

I went to the grand opening of Viewpoint last week and it proved Novare is really stepping up their game. The common areas were quite lovely, modern and spacious. The fitness center was really great and had all the latest equipment. Outside on one side of the building is the enormous pool, complete will lounge chairs and grilling stations. On the opposite side of the building was a beautiful walkway with intimate places to sit and more grilling stations. The views were also spectacular. 

My point though is I think Novare is realizing they can’t build the same thing over and over. There has to be some variation. Clients want and expect more these days, even if they are spending less than a half million dollars for a place to call home. I’m quite anxious to see how the inside of this tower will turn out. One thing is for sure. The pool deck will be amazing with it’s unobstructed view of the city.
