The Atlantic Rises at Atlantic Station

I have high hopes for The Atlantic, considering Gallery ended up looking really great. The building is coming along nicely and I believe they are now working on floor 25. I’m going to take a drive over to Atlantic Station this weekend and snap some photos of the construction. This photo should tide you over until then. Novare is developing The Atlantic, a 46-story, 401-residence high-rise condominium tower. The Atlantic will also include nearly 10,000 square feet of street-level retail along 17th Street in Atlanta’s Atlantic Station® community. (Hopefully some new stores that aren’t found in malls already.) Designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates and constructed by R.J. Griffin, residences range from $300,000 to over $1,000,000 and will include multi-level penthouse homes. More on the penthouses later.

The Atlantic’s design features a distinctive Art Deco style, reminiscent of an era of opulence and luxury. The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes at The Atlantic will average more than 1,600 square feet in size, and the signature Novare design features will be augmented with large balconies, increased storage, formal entries, oversized bedrooms, fine-quality cabinetry and numerous upgrade options including limestone and marble finishes in the kitchen and bath areas.

The Atlantic’s amenities will include doorman services, a large private screening room and a poolside clubroom featuring an entertainment kitchen to increase residents’ options for social interaction. In addition, residents of The Atlantic will also be able to take advantage of hotel-like services, such as room service from the planned lobby-level restaurant, in addition to porter and housekeeping service from TWELVE® Hotel & Residences Atlantic Station, located across the street.
