Midtown Condos: AQUA – Penthouse Views
I recently toured Aqua to take a look at the sub-Penthouse (Unit 2402) for sale. The views are spectacular and there is a lot of space to fill – just over 3,000 square feet. This is huge by midtown standards. The condo had three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, panoramic views, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen and direct elevator access to your unit. There are also two balconies to take in the surrounding views. It’s currently listed for $1,599,900.* ***THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD
*Believe it or not, the price was increased to $1,799,900. Is the resale market is fueling the price increase? I don’t think there has been any upgrades done to the condo since my last visit.
