I took a client (and good friend) to see the Ritz-Carlton Residences yesterday. While we were chatting at the entrance to the building, he noticed a large window covering with the word “TOMO” across it. Sure enough it’s the same TOMO in Vinings. Last week I went to Viewpoint to take a look at the last Penthouse shell available. It comprises two stories and features stunning views from every window in the unit. Viewpoint has been fairly successful with sales so far. The onsite agent told me they are about 70% closed, which is fantastic in this market. With modern interiors and stunning views of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Downtown, the new Ritz-Carlton Residences Buckhead announces it’s arrival with a great sense of style. The finishes inside each home reflect quality, substance and luxury. The building looks finished on the outside, but they still have to finish the public rooms and lobby before closing can begin in February.
