Parking is located under the building or along the street in the surrounding neighborhood. If you have parked under the building, take the elevator up a floor and enter the lobby. Check in with the concierge and they will let you up to the 19th floor.

Just a quick update on my listing at Park Regency in Buckhead. The price has been lowered from $369,000 to $339,00 and you can now take a virtual tour of the condo. This particular unit is loaded with luxury upgrades and also has a half-bath off the foyer which was put in during the buildings construction.

Today I’m bringing you photos from the second model home I toured at The Aberdeen. This home has a more traditional layout and buyers who are accustom to living in a single-family house will find it’s layout familiar and comforting. The Inverness model features two large bedrooms (each with a private bath), a huge living room, separate dining room and den. There is also a really nice terrace to enjoy the skyline view.

When I visited The Aberdeen, the final touches were being placed throughout the property. Lucky for me and you, the models were finished, it was a beautiful day and I was able to bring you these interior shots.
