The first phase of 12th & Midtown is well underway to completion and the first closings for 1010 Midtown are scheduled to happen today. I’ll be visiting the building soon, so I’ll be sure to take pictures of the 10 model homes they have - with interiors by Artefacto (one of my favorite places to buy furniture) and also Cantoni. Later this month 1010 Midtown will have it’s grand opening party and I’m sure it’s going to be quite the scene.
